Please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Free from damage caused by misuse
  • Returned in their original packaging whenever possible

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be in processing and can no longer be canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on pet products that have been used by pets unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item arrived defective
  • We shipped the wrong item

Lost or Stolen Packages

HoneyHide™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to our support team for assistance.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
